Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGFG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,633 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGFG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F3, AKIRIN2, and EXO1. Each is linked with AGFG2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGFG2-to-partner and partner-to-AGFG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGFG2 versus E2F3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGFG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGFG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
