AGFG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGFG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGFG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT112P1, LINC00458, and LINC02559. Each is linked with AGFG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGFG2-to-partner and partner-to-AGFG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMT112P1 grouped by AGFG2-low versus AGFG2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGFG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGFG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
