Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGFG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGFG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with AGFG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGFG2-to-partner and partner-to-AGFG2 results are reported.
