Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGFG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,224 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGFG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of Golgi inheritance, Acrosome assembly, and Secretory granule organization. Each is linked with AGFG2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGFG2-to-partner and partner-to-AGFG2 results are reported.
