Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGER protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,087 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGER-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLR1, FLT1P1, and RGCC. Each is linked with AGER in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGER-to-partner and partner-to-AGER results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGER→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
