Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGER mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGER-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR6, LINC01072, and ELAVL4-AS1. Each is linked with AGER in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGER-to-partner and partner-to-AGER results are reported.
