Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGBL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,217 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGBL5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with AGBL5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGBL5-to-partner and partner-to-AGBL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis grouped by AGBL5-low versus AGBL5-high in BONE.
