AGBL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGBL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,750 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGBL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS8_S160, MYEF2, and RPL7. Each is linked with AGBL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGBL3-to-partner and partner-to-AGBL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGBL3 versus RPS8_S160 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGBL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGBL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
