AGBL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGBL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGBL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9L, IFNA8, and IL25. Each is linked with AGBL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGBL3-to-partner and partner-to-AGBL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9L grouped by AGBL3-low versus AGBL3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGBL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGBL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
