AGBL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,404 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGBL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT22, IFT46, and IFT172. Each is linked with AGBL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGBL2-to-partner and partner-to-AGBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGBL2 versus IFT22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
