AGBL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Ku80, and ASNS. Each is linked with AGBL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGBL2-to-partner and partner-to-AGBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by AGBL2-low versus AGBL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
