AGAP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,825 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA5P5, SEC13, and AP3S2. Each is linked with AGAP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP9-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
