AGAP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,362 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCA5, ADNP, and NCOA5. Each is linked with AGAP6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP6-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
