Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGAP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGAP3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher AGAP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGAP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where AGAP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
