AGAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,072 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE3C, RHEB, and RRBP1. Each is linked with AGAP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP3-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGAP3 versus UBE3C in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
