AGAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,539 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, LINC00957, and C1QB. Each is linked with AGAP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP3-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGAP3 versus ZEB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
