AGAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWILCH, TIMM22, and HASPIN. Each is linked with AGAP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP3-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWILCH grouped by AGAP3-low versus AGAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
