AGAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,294 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SASH3, and SEPTIN6. Each is linked with AGAP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGAP2 versus RCSD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
