AGAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01281, ZNF831, and TESPA1. Each is linked with AGAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGAP2 versus LINC01281 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
