AGAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,901 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPN3, PTP4A2, and MED8. Each is linked with AGAP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPN3 grouped by AGAP2-low versus AGAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
