AGAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,070 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEI4, IL4, and OR10J1. Each is linked with AGAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEI4 grouped by AGAP2-low versus AGAP2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
