AGAP14P

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGAP14P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGAP14P data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher AGAP14P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGAP14P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where AGAP14P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
