AGAP14P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP14P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP14P-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, FoxM1, and JNK2. Each is linked with AGAP14P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP14P-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP14P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by AGAP14P-low versus AGAP14P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP14P→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP14P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
