The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher AGAP10P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGAP10P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where AGAP10P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
