AGA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,729 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC5, MRPS5, and RBMX. Each is linked with AGA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGA-to-partner and partner-to-AGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGA versus TTC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
