AGA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP38, TRAJ57, and MIR3619. Each is linked with AGA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGA-to-partner and partner-to-AGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP38 grouped by AGA-low versus AGA-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
