Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AFTPH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AFTPH data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher AFTPH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AFTPH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
COAD, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where AFTPH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
