AFTPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFTPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFTPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HEATR5B, SYNRG, and MDH1. Each is linked with AFTPH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFTPH-to-partner and partner-to-AFTPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFTPH versus HEATR5B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFTPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFTPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
