AFTPH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFTPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,615 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFTPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP8-2P, GTF2IP22, and OR8D2. Each is linked with AFTPH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFTPH-to-partner and partner-to-AFTPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP8-2P grouped by AFTPH-low versus AFTPH-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFTPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFTPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
