AFTPH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFTPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFTPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, OR1M1, and FOXI2. Each is linked with AFTPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFTPH-to-partner and partner-to-AFTPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by AFTPH-low versus AFTPH-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFTPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFTPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
