Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFG3L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,748 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFG3L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, PTPN2_S304, and NARS1. Each is linked with AFG3L2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFG3L2-to-partner and partner-to-AFG3L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFG3L2 versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFG3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFG3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
