AFG3L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFG3L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFG3L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4M2, HMX3, and LINC01909. Each is linked with AFG3L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFG3L2-to-partner and partner-to-AFG3L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4M2 grouped by AFG3L2-low versus AFG3L2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFG3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFG3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
