Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFG3L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFG3L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGB2, KNCN, and TACR3. Each is linked with AFG3L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFG3L2-to-partner and partner-to-AFG3L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CGB2 grouped by AFG3L2-low versus AFG3L2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFG3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFG3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
