Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AFG3L1P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AFG3L1P data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher AFG3L1P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AFG3L1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC are the cancer types where AFG3L1P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
