The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher AFG3L1P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AFG3L1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where AFG3L1P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
