AFG1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFG1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,394 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFG1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8, AFDN, and PCMT1. Each is linked with AFG1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFG1L-to-partner and partner-to-AFG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFG1L versus SCAF8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
