AFG1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFG1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, CDK2, and MEX3A. Each is linked with AFG1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFG1L-to-partner and partner-to-AFG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFG1L versus MSH6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
