AFG1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFG1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,127 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2B3, RNU6-679P, and EXOGP1. Each is linked with AFG1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFG1L-to-partner and partner-to-AFG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2B3 grouped by AFG1L-low versus AFG1L-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
