AFF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,582 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP1_S598, PLCG2, and IRF4. Each is linked with AFF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF4-to-partner and partner-to-AFF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFF4 versus TP53BP1_S598 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
