Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,004 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTBP, HELLS, and CENPL. Each is linked with AFF4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF4-to-partner and partner-to-AFF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFF4 versus MTBP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
