Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBP5, C12orf43, and NEXN. Each is linked with AFF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF4-to-partner and partner-to-AFF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GBP5 grouped by AFF4-low versus AFF4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
