Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,981 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with AFF4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF4-to-partner and partner-to-AFF4 results are reported.
