AFF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCMA, NEUROG1, and KRTAP4-1. Each is linked with AFF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF4-to-partner and partner-to-AFF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UCMA grouped by AFF4-low versus AFF4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
