AFF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 395 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA6L6, C20orf85, and OR1L4. Each is linked with AFF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF3-to-partner and partner-to-AFF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOLGA6L6 grouped by AFF3-low versus AFF3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
