AFF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,716 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STOX2, ZBTB39, and KIDINS220. Each is linked with AFF2 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF2-to-partner and partner-to-AFF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFF2 versus STOX2 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
