Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, FoxM1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with AFF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF2-to-partner and partner-to-AFF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by AFF2-low versus AFF2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
