AFF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,056 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ABCE1, and LIPE. Each is linked with AFF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF2-to-partner and partner-to-AFF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFF2 versus GAPDH in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
