AFF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AFF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,786 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTEF, ZNF155, and POTEM. Each is linked with AFF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF2-to-partner and partner-to-AFF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POTEF grouped by AFF2-low versus AFF2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
