AFF2-IT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF2-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,595 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF2-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIPK1, MYH14_T1462, and PPP1CA. Each is linked with AFF2-IT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF2-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-AFF2-IT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF2-IT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF2-IT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
