Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFAP1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,432 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFAP1L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFAP1L2_S640, AFAP1L2_S796, and AFAP1L2_T541. Each is linked with AFAP1L2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFAP1L2-to-partner and partner-to-AFAP1L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFAP1L2 versus AFAP1L2_S640 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
