AFAP1L2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFAP1L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,109 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFAP1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP28, DKK3, and CAV1. Each is linked with AFAP1L2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFAP1L2-to-partner and partner-to-AFAP1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFAP1L2 versus MMP28 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFAP1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFAP1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
